Machine Extrudes Dough Through the Rollers Into a Dough Band with Constant Width and Changeable Thickness. Thickness Can Be Changed From 2 mm to 30 mm Depending on Dough Type. The first grooved roller conveys the dough from the hopper to the roller entrance. The big grooves on the roller create a higher compression which guarantees a constant feeding to the lower roller. The intermediate roller assures the continuity of the action of the first roller. The many square grooves allow to facilitate the release of the dough from the roller surface maintaining movement of the dough towards the outlet. The last roller carries out the final action on the dough surface, giving the dough a compact and even aspect. The two upper rollers are adjustable by means of hand wheels. 480 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz.
