1,200 gallon Walker model PZCB stainless steel jacketed processor tank with single motion scraper agitator and center mounted stationary baffle. Dome top, cone bottom with 23 in H, 2.5 inch tri-clamp center bottom outlet. Two side and one conical bottom jacket zones, each rated for 15 psi. Mounted on 6 adjustable legs. Agitator gear motors are 3 / 1.5 HP two speed 1170 / 585 RPM, 230 VAC/3/60 with a final gear reduction of 16 / 8 Agitator shaft speed.
