1,000 gallon Feldmeier vertical sanitary stainless steel jacketed tank. Jacket Maximum Working Pressure (MAWP) is rated 100 psi @ 350 degrees F and the Minimum Design Metal Temperature (MDMT) is rated -20 degrees F @ 100 psi. The tank has a 30 HP 1765 RPM tagged for hazardous locations motor with a 7 in diameter 4 blade high shear agitator with a 5 in moveable 3 blade prop on a 2 in diameter x 60 in long shaft. This tank has a dome top and sloped bottom. The interior diameter is 72 in, the straight side height is 65 in, and the dome top is 10 in. The overall dimensions with the agitator and legs are 78 in diameter x 128 in tall (zone connecting pipes stick out another 10 in). The top has an 18 in diameter manway, (2) 4 in diameter sanitary Tri-Clamp inlet, (3) 2 in diameter sanitary Tri-Clamp inlets, and 4 in diameter vent. The side has a 3 in diameter sanitary Tri-Clamp discharge 10 in from the ground. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
