The client purchased the real estate and equipment as an investment but did not want to continue the brewing operation. The client wanted to market the real estate as soon as possible, so Loeb organized an auction which allowed for a quick sale and expedited removal of the building’s assets. The client was pleased because they had little or no direct involvement during the auction process. Loeb crafted a flexible removal plan, and although the assets had be removed through the limited pre-existing roof openings, Loeb was able to get the job done with precision.

All in all, Loeb was able to quickly sell off the brewery assets with no disruption to the client and their business process in acquiring real estate and investment leaving a very happy client!
