A PE firm purchased a company that builds communication towers and found themselves in a precarious position that required a bridge loan until they were able to meet standard lending covenants.  We quickly stepped in and provided the financing that the PE firm needed.  After 2 years, the PE firm hit their target and moved on to less expensive financing.
