Shipping Information

We at Loeb want to ship your equipment as soon as possible. To expedite this process, for no additional cost, Loeb can obtain two (2) collect freight quotes for your approval prior to the unit being ready for shipment.

For customers who have access to freight transport vehicles and wish to pick up their equipment from our warehouse, logistics can be arranged by contacting Loeb Customer service at (773) 548-4131 or by email at Transportation must be arranged prior to your vehicle arriving at any location.

Please use an appropriately equipped transport vehicle and secure the merchandise for safe transportation. If a vehicle shows up for pick up that you have arranged and it is determined that it is not the proper equipment to be used for transportation, the truck will be rejected.

Since your equipment can be shipping from a multitude of locations, please make sure to coordinate with Customer Service prior to sending a truck. Typically locations are available for pick up Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. CST and 3:00 p.m. CST.

Inspecting Your Delivery

After your machine has shipped, Loeb Customer Service will email you a copy of the Signed Bill of Lading as well as shipping pictures as a confirmation the equipment has been prepared for shipment and loaded onto the truck. Please make sure your pictures and shipment description match what you have received. Loeb assumes no liability for damages incurred during transport and claims need to be made directly with the carrier.

If there is there any freight damage or discrepancies in the number of pallets/units, it is important to note your findings on the Bill of Lading prior to accepting the shipment and the truck driver should help you contact the carrier’s business office to begin the claim resolution process. Ensure to have the proper equipment and/or personnel necessary to safely unload the equipment. If not, it would be to your benefit to arrange for a rigger capable of unloading the equipment in order to avoid any possible damage to the unit purchased. Minor nicks, scratches, scuffs, and abrasions are common for large equipment deliveries. These do not affect the operation of the equipment.


We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We are confident that you will be absolutely thrilled with your equipment from, but if you decide for any reason that it is not right for you, you can return it to us with in 10 days of receipt for a no-hassle refund or replacement, if available (shipping charges are not refundable). Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in the same condition as when shipped.

Return Procedure

Once we receive and verify the condition of your item, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account/credit/charge card you used to make the original purchase. If payment was received by check, refunds can’t be sent to a different company or address than what was on your original check. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return and applicable refunds are processed on Thursday after our shop has inspected the machine. Please allow up to 10 days for a refund to be mailed or to appear on your credit card statement.


If you choose to return a machine purchased from, you are responsible for insuring the equipment for the full purchase price. If you do not insure the equipment, you will be responsible should any loss or damage occur. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged will be returned to sender.

We can only process your request after our equipment experts, inspects the returned machinery and verifies it is in the same condition as when originally shipped, we will review your machinery within three (3) days of acceptance.
