A Baking Company was structured as a EB5 company, where most of the funding comes from overseas. When the process of sending funds from China and Hong Kong was changed due to new US regulations, the Baking Company had to find a temporary, alternative source of funding. Loeb was contacted to help with short-term equipment financing. As expected, the overseas funding took longer than anticipated, yet Loeb stayed with the Baking Company until they were able to secure additional funds from overseas.
