New technology in any industry is scary to introduce and knowing the value of the implementation is difficult. Unless the industry is well understood and all the major players consulted, it is hard to know how to proceed on an installation, let alone get one financed.
A private equity company had already run out of steam when we got involved in the project. Analogous to how a microwave oven operates, quick and efficient as it channels direct heat energy into the food, our laser focus on the food industry allowed us to generate heat, in the form of a loan, and to react with precision using our extensive expertise in the space.
