Randcastle Extrusion System 3 Layer Co-Extrusion Sheet Line Consisting Of: (3) Randcastle Extrusion System 1/2 in diameter vertical Microtruders, Model 0500. Each approximate 24 to 1 L/D ratio. Electrically heated, air cooled 3 zone non-vented barrels. Water cooled feed throats with hoppers. Each driven by a 1 hp, 180 volt, 1725 rpm DC gear motors, ratio 15 to 1. (1) Extruder is missing the screw. (1) 3 Station die block, (1) approximate 3 in wide sheet die, (1) C.W. Brabender take-off, model SFR100, serial# 463. (2) Approximate 8 in wide x 4 in diameter chrome plated cored rolls, (1) idler roll, (1) take-up roll. Driven by a 1/20 hp, 115 volt gear motor, mounted on casters. (1) Main control panel with Syscon temperature controllers, and (3) Warner Electrical model 161S DC drives. Extruders mounted on a stand with casters.
