Douglas Model MW7 HB4 24 twin lane shrink overwrapping machine. Two lane product delivery, dual tray placing stations to feed bottom and loading area between stations. Single roll of film is automatically cut to width and length and vacuum conveyed to wrapping mechanism, which wraps, winds and seals at overlap under package. Then package is transferred to shrink tunnel. Accepts printed film to 20 inch diameter. 3/60/480 volt. Allen Bradley 5555 control Logix process with Panelview 600 touch screen controls. Last wrapping a cleaning product in a clam shell.
