Steam Coil Cooker/Peeler, 43 Cubic Feet, 316 Stainless Steel. Non-jacketed trough 42 in wide x 48 in long x approximately 68 in deep. Approximate 30 in diameter rotating steam coil consisting of (9) turns of 3 in diameter pipe, driven by an approximate 3 hp, 575 volt gearmotor. Domed top cover. 4 in tri-clamp end bottom outlet. Mounted on a carbon steel frame.
