Vanmark Model 27 8 Roll Continuous S/S Brush Washer Abrasive Peeler. All stainless steel construction. Hydraulic powered / variable speed.
Currently configured with eight brush rolls, but rolls can be changed out in any combination of brush and abrasive rolls (or all of one or the other). The peeling chamber is equipped with a full length spray header, and powered stainless steel discharge auger. 66 in product infeed height into a 12 in wide by 28 in long infeed chute, 46 in product discharge height. Stainless steel bottom water and peel collection pan with 10 in wide by 55 in long discharge opening. Peeler rolls are 6 ft long by approximately 6 in diameter. Overall machine dimensions 11ft 2 in overall length, by 36 in overall width by 68 in overall height. Fully shrouded in stainless steel, with stainless steel frame. Lubrication cluster for discharge end bearings. Complete with onboard 5HP hydraulic power pack, 208/230/460 volt, 3 phase.
