Lyco Model 8900 cooker/cooler. Cylinder approx 6 foot diameter x 16 foot long with estimated 10 foot long cooking section and 6 foot long cooling section. Last used on rice at 1600-1800 lb/hour capacity. System includes internal CIP, feed hopper with feed screw and shaker table at discharge end. All electric driven with 480V motors and Honeywell control panel.
