ILLIG UNUSED FS35 Thermoforming/Foil Sealer, never installed, thermoforms the blister, 10 ft L packing area for packing of the blister, (6) probe static eliminator station, seals the blister in line formation, servo driven running 6-wide with foil backing, 13 in L Horizontal guilotine cutter, w/ (7) 3 1/4 in Dia vertical wheel slitters, servo driven heated die formers made of two primary components, (6) clip style pickup station travels on 45 in L arm to place into HSA50 D Blister card stock unit. All stations are equipped with electro mechanical drives. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a quick change system, i.e. all format parts are supplied with quick grippers, tool removal to the operating side, the material transport is automatically adjusting to the dimensions of the mould. 20 sets of setting data can be stored in the storage (tool setting data). Runs only with foil backing on the blister.
