Heat and Control potato chip fryer line. 1,650 lbs per hour (750 Kg) capacity. Includes fryer 800 mm wide (Approx 31.5 inches), x 8-9 meters long (Approx 30 feet). Line is complete from potato boxes in to chips out with the exception of the Urschel CC slicer. Includes direct fired heat exchanger for heating the fryer and a blancher with steam boiler. The line also includes three 10,000 liter (2,600 gallon) stainless steel single wall tanks, one 8,000 liter (2,000 gallon) jacketed stainless steel tank and one 3,700 liter (950 gallon) mild steel tank. Well maintained and in good condition.
