Doboy Model SK Microtronics Horizontal Flow Wrapper. Rebuilt in 2004 by Doboy. Speeds up to 90 ppm. Currently set with 1 up 15.5 inch W end seal. Accepts 32 inch maximum web width shrink film. Equipped with a dual arbor web stand, anti-static bar, Markem 9840 film date coder. Features overlap bottom seal with a contact seal bar, plus the generator and wiring in place for static seal (requires element). 8 inch wide vacuum transfer conveyor from former to cross seal with vacuum pump, and 27 inch discharge conveyor. Equipped with 12 foot long lugged chain product infeed with adjustable hollow pin chain currently set up on 8 inch centers. Heat Jaws have a 3 inch clearance. Features Film Registration, 151 inch long adjustable hollow pin chain with adjustable lugs, high product detection, static & hot wire seal. PC104 controls, 4 axis CMC servos, with Linium 301 software. Stainless Steel exterior construction. Mounted on adjustable height legs. 480 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz.
