60 Cu Ft A and M Process Model DRB600 S/S Dual Shaft Double Ribbon Blender. 53 in wide x 84 in long by 36 in deep W shaped trough with a 3 inch diameter Tri-clamp end bottom discharge outlet in each half of trough. 61 inch infeed height, 22 inch discharge height. Hinged covers with safety / pour grids and safety interlock switches for each side. The ribbon agitators each consist of 25 inch diameter double-helix 1.75 inch by 1/4 inch ribbons outside 3 inch diameter shafts with pneumatic glands. Food grade, sanitary stainless steel construction. Each ribbon shaft has its own 7.5 HP 3 phase drive with gear reducer and chain-and-sprocket drive configuration.
