As the 5th generation of Newman family leadership, Howard is President of the organization. He has over 15 years experience in equipment purchases and sales, appraisals, auctions, and liquidations with expertise in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries. Howard attended the University of Delaware majoring in Business Management and holds a professional certification from the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA).

As former president of Loeb, Jim continues to lead the efforts of Loeb’s finance group as Loeb’s Ambassador. Having lead the company for over 30 years, he is proud to have been the fourth generation in the family business but is even more proud of his son, Howard, and the job he’s doing as the fifth generation. Jim holds a BA in Industrial Management and Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a professional certification from the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA).

He has over 14 years of finance experience within the manufacturing industry having previously worked for companies in packaging services. John holds a BA from Hamilton College.

Joining Loeb in 2003, Tom manages the day-to-day efforts of Loeb’s Sales Team as well as assisting customers with their equipment needs. He is an industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience in packaging and processing systems, having worked as a Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, International Sales Manager and General Manager of the Integration Group for an OEM.

Ken has been with Loeb since 1999 and is manager of the Inventory department handling all Loeb’s equipment inventory and inventory control systems. Prior to joining the Loeb team, Ken worked for a major contract packaging corporation, where he brings his management experience of production, quality assurance, continuous improvement and human resources.

Prior to joining Loeb, she spent 10 years marketing service products within the corporate aviation industry. Bill has had the honor of working with three generations of Newman leadership in his tenure at Loeb. Joining the team in 1973, he has been assisting customers with their equipment needs for over 35 years. An AMEA certified equipment appraiser, Bill holds bachelor’s degrees from Walton College and Northeastern Illinois University.
