Lyco Vapor Flow S/S Steam Blancher. 72 inch Diameter x 12 foot long drum. Capacity of up to Up to 70,000 pounds per hour (based on 1 minute blanch time at 40 PCF). 304 S/S Construction. Flume infeed. Sanitary water piping with control valve. (1) 3 HP pump. S/S discharge chute. Coreless cylinder design. 24 in open throat, 4 inch channels. 4 sets of perforated doors. Mechanical agitating lifters. Tank end plates, 4 inch heavy tubular frame, Full length water seals along tank ends. Sanitary fittings for water fill, drain, overflow, temperature probes, and steam header. Two 4 in drains per tank with manual butterfly valves. Drain piping from discharge end drain back to flume for water recirculation. Two 4 inch overflow fittings with valve for steam or water blanching. One way flip top cover. (2) Aluminum air cylinders. PLC cover lift control.
