UNUSED Mateer Model 2900MLX dual head auger filler, new 2010, never used or installed. No. 40 free flow product aguers and No. 44 free flow product tooling. Capable of micro fills of just a few grams up to 50--75 pounds per cycle and 1 CPM up to 50-60 CPM depending on product and tooling. Dual head filler ideal for use with a VFFS machine for filling two bags simultaneously. Dual approx 22 in diameter T304 stainless steel hoppers on 10.5 inch centers with slow speed agitator, Screw-down dust proof hopper covers with large 7 inch diameter product feed. 3 HP common drive motor with timing belt plus 3/4 HP heavy duty slow speed agitator drive. Adjustable hopper height. Ametek series Z0X2 ZTron III level control. Allen Bradly PanelView Plus 400 HMI operator station with MicroLogix Model 1500 PLC controls and Allen Bradley 1606XL power supply. 4 inch diagonal monochrome display with 8 function keys. All mounted on common painted steel base. 24 volt power supply, 230V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz.
