Hinds Bock Model SP160 single head piston filler and conveyor with lidding rollers. The filler has a 5.5 in diameter x 12 in long cylinder, a 1.5 in sanitary discharge, and an anti-drip nozzle. Approx fill up to 160 oz per stroke and is currently set-up for a 2 stroke fill. Filler include a 20 gallon hopper on top that has a 28 in diameter and a 20 in cone. The conveyor has two sections, a chain belt section up to the filler that measures: 9.5 in wide x 44 in long and a plastic belt with sticky pad section up to the lidder that measures: 6 in wide x 70 in long. The lidder has an adjustable height and measures: 12 in wide x 24 in long. Both belt sections are driven by the same 3/4 hp 1725 rpm motor. The overall dimensions of the filler are: 30 in wide x 60 in long x 77 in tall and of the conveyor are: 32 in wide x 124 in long x 75 in tall. Requires lid placer, 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply, and pneumatic supply.
