PLC Controlled For Automated Operation and Data Collection. Variable Speed Pumping Via Frequency Drives Allow Feed and Recirculation Flows to be Adjusted For Optimal Testing. With Approx 40 Gallon S/S Single Wall Feed Tank, 22 in ID, 28 in Straight Side, Open Top, Dish Bottom with Temperature Gauge and Feed Throttling Valve. Wanner Model H25 10 HP 316 S/S High Pressure Pump (18 GPM at 600-650 PSI). (2) Fristam Model FPHP722145 Stainless Steel 7.5 HP Centrifugal Booster Pumps, (8) 7 ft L x 4 in Diameter S/S Membrane Filter Housings to Accommodate (16) 3.8 in x 38 in Membranes with 1.5 in Diameter Tri-Clamp Side Outlets and 7/8 in Diameter Tri-Clamp End Outlets. (2) S/S Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers Including One Allegheny Bradford (S/N 022334111) with Maximum Working Pressure: Shell- 90 PSI at 300 Degrees F, Tube- 100 PSI at 300 Degrees F, 2007, (No Tag on Other Heat Exchanger). (2) 4 in Diameter x 32 in L S/S Filters with S/S Housings. Allen Bradley PLC Panelview 300 Interface. Misc S/S Valves, Pressure Gauges, Piping. System Has a Nominal Testing Capacity of 7 Gallons Per Minute For Water in a Reverse Osmosis Application.
