Maximum Product Capacity 800 Gallons per Hour, Aerated Product Capacity 1,600 Gallons Per Hour, Maximum Pump Capacity 1,000 Gallons Per Hour, Assumed 2,000 cps Viscosity.130-365 RPM Mixing Head Speed. Premixed Product is Fed to The Mondomix Feed Pump. This Pump Transports The Mass to The Mixing Head Whilst Injecting Nitrogen. The Nitrogen Injection System is Mass Flow Controlled and is Synchronized with The Main Feed Pump. This Synchronization Sees to it That When The Main Feed Pump Flow Rate is Increased, The Nitrogen Injection System Will Automatically Follow. Hence, the Density of the Product Remains the Same. The Product and Nitrogen Are Thoroughly Mixed/Homogenized in the Mixing Head. The Aerated Product is Fed to a Filler. Designed For Mixing Foaming Products. The Cutting Action of the Pins of the Stator and the Rotor Ensure a Regular Distribution of Air or Another Gas in the Product. The Air/Gas Dosing System Has Been Designed to Reduce the Density of Products By Injecting Air or Gas. The Mixing Head Pressure is Controlled, Irrespective of the Length and Diameter of the Discharge Pipe by the Mixing Head Pressure Regulator.
