Simplex Dual T Stainless Steel Inline Four Head Piston Filler. 2 7/8 inch diameter by 10 inch stroke piston cylinders, adjustable for up to 36 ounce fill capacity per piston, per stroke. Currently configured with (4) discharge cut-off valves with 7/8 inch valve ports on a slide rail, for easy spacing adjustment to accomodate inline filling of a wide range of container sizes; with quick change over. Discharge outlets could also be yoked together for directing multiple piston outputs together, e.g. for up to 72 ounce fills per piston pair. All food grade stainless steel product contact surfaces. Stainless steel frame with aluminum base plate beneath the stainless steel filler. 20 inch wide by 33 inch long by 21 inch deep U shaped stainless steel hopper at a 79 inch infeed height on a stainless steel frame with adjustable legs. Pistons are cam driven (two cams, two pistons per cam) by a 3 phase drive with mechanical variable speed adjustment. Spare parts and cams included. Currently configured to be set over an existing conveyor line or work table. Could be configured with indexing for automatic operation, or with a foot pedal control for semi automatic operation.
