30 Gallon Lee Model 30D, 316 S/S Vacuum Kettle. Approximately 23-1/2 in diameter x 21 in deep. Hemispherical clamp down hinged top with counter weight, hemispherical bottom. Vessel designed for vacuum service internal, stainless steel jacket rated 50 psi at -20 to 298 degrees F. Top entering Lightnin agitator, model XJC-30. 1 in Diameter shaft with a 3 blade turbine, driven by a 0.30hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1725/1450 rpm motor. Openings top (3) 1 in tri-clamp, 1-1/2 in tri-clamp, (2) 2-1/2 in sight glass. 1-1/2 in Center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs.
