New design overcomes problem of printing high density bar codes and 2D codes inline by totally controlling carton during print and vision process. PCS offers true ANSI/ISO on-line bar code grading functions that provide quality tool to quality code print and readability. The system is integrated with a Wolke M600 Thermal Inkjet Printer, which utilizes Hewlett Packard disposable inkjet technology, a SeaVision OCV Character Verification System and reject station.
