Bemis Model 1575H196 Poly Bag inserter up to 15 CPM Flat belt conveyor w/ incline segment, (10 14 1/2 ift L x 15 in W belt (1) 6 ft L motorized roller conveyor (1) 25 ft L x 12 in W incline rubber belt conveyor. 480 volt, Thieles Series 1575 Poly Bag Inserter is a fully automatic machine guaranteed to improve operating efficiencies and safety. It reliably selects a gusseted or flat tube polyethylene bag from a roll of perforated stock, inserts the bag into an erected corrugated container, and cuffs the top over the container flaps. The Series 1575 includes an indexing conveyor that receives erected and bottom sealed cases and properly positions each case. When the case is in place, the bag inserter automatically inserts a bag, cuffs the top and then positions the next case for bag insertion. It can handle up to 15 cases per minute. Besides corrugate cases, the Series 1575 Poly Bag Inserter can also insert poly bags into drums, plastic containers, pails and trays.
