The Urschel Model J Is A Versatile Machine Designed For Dicing Or Strp Cutting A Variety Of Products Through A Wide Range Of Sizes. The Machine Is Equipped With S/S Product Contact Parts. Products Up To 3/8in. (9.5 Mm) Thickness Can Be Cut With A Minimum Of Fines. The Model J Uniformly Dices Or Strip Cuts Cooked Or Frozen-tempered Meats, And Efficiently Cuts Cuts Spinach, Peppers, Citrus Peel, Celery, Broccoli, And Par,produces 1/2 in cut,sley. The Model J Operates Continuously At High Production Capacities, And Designed For Easy Cleanup And Maintenance. Types Of Cuts Many Sizes Of Strip Cuts Are Possible By Combining Various Selections Of Circular Knife Spacings With Different Crosscut Knife Spindles. Circular Knife Cuts: 3/16 To 2in. (4.8 To 50.8 Mm) Crosscut Knife Cuts: 3/16 To 3in. (4.8 To 76.2 Mm) Strip Cuts: Strip Cuts Can Be Made By Removing The Crosscut Knife Spindle From The Machine.
