Creative Packaging Mdl 330 L Bar Sealer, 22 in L vertical seal bar, 31 in L horizontal seal bar, Max Product Size: 20 in W x 30 in L x 10 in H, up to 20 PPM, Push Button automatic unit, 17 in W x 36 in L rubber belt take away conveyor, single phase 220 volt, Air Requirement: 40 PSI (max 50 PSI), Cpack Mdl 2218A Heat Tunnel, 22 in W x 17 in H opening, 42 in L tunnel, 54 in L x 18 in W S/S mesh chain conveyor, 3 Ph 220 volt. The seal cushions are mounted on four air cylinders. When activated, they press the seal cushion into the seal wire on each cyle. The heat cycle does not start until the seal cushion and hot wire are in alignment. Since the seal cushions are self-aligned with a closed head, they have perfect alignment on each cycle and this eliminates then need for manual adjustments. This combination of heat and pressure assures uniform seals and is the heart of the patented Dual Pneumatic Seal System. By appling uniform pressure across the seal cushion, which is the most critcal factor in the sealing process, the DPSS offers many advantages. Shrink films cut, clean, and seal strong with virtually no rejects. Because superior pressure eliminates the need for excess heat, seal wires stay etremely cool. Being cool, they seal fast so you can package fast. And C-Pak Sealer are ideal for PVC or Polyolefin films. Creative Shrink Tunnels are designed to provide consistent shrink under the very exacting conditions of high production packaging lines. They'll deliver perfect packages even with difficult high profile products and the most sensitive packaging films. A precision heat control maintains the temperature at all times. The powerful blower produces tremendous waves of turbulent hot air which surrounds the packages and shrinks dog ears. This combination of exact heat control and strnad airflow eliminates the wildly fluctuating temperatures and soft airflows which caus inconsistent shrink. The result: reliable shrink and lower costs. The heating chamber is entirely insulated, as is the exterior wall of the chamber, for energy efficient operation. Heat within the chamber is confined by means of teflon curtains. The colume of airflow within the heating chamber is controlled by baffles moved by an easily accessible hand crank at the discharge end of the tunel.
