Bradman Lake Single head tray erector, Single 7 in W x 5 1/2 in wide Klicklock forming plunger ( #20652), Vacuum cup blank pick up from 8 in W x 18 in L feed magazine, Plexiglass front access doors, Electrical: 3/60/480, Steel it painted frame w/ S/S contact parts, Speeds up to 60 CPM, Flat carton blanks are stacked in the hopper which can be refilled while the machine is in operation. With each machine cycle a feed bar, fitted with vacuum cups, extracts a carton and places it, in register, on the forming head. A plunger descends, folds up the side walls of the carton and simultaneously engages the corner locks to erect it. Other size tray / cartons availble with addition changeparts from OEM
